Much to everyone’s surprise, Steve has picked up on modern technology fairly quickly. Tony still tries everything he can to confuse or frustrate him with it. One day Steve caught Tony playing Halo. Naturally, Steve was interested and sat down to watch, commenting occasionally on inaccuracies or the realism of the game.
Finally Tony decided he wanted to mess with Steve a bit and invited him to play around. Believing Steve would never be able to figure out all of the controls and intricacies of the game, Tony assumed victory was assured. However, despite Steve’s initial confusion on how to make the soldier on screen do what he wanted, he picked up surprisingly quickly. It didn’t take long for Tony to realize that he would never be the Halo king again with Steve around, as the Captain’s strategics and patience started to win out over Tony’s more aggressive approach.
